Senior Account Executive

Abstract is looking for a Senior Account Executive to partner with diverse organizations in unlocking their policy intelligence capabilities. This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying consultative role with independent pipeline development and client relationship management across Fortune 500 and AmLaw 200 segments.

What you'll do

  • Manage complete sales lifecycle from prospecting through onboarding
  • Drive revenue across market segments, from five-figure to seven-figure deals
  • Develop sophisticated top-of-funnel growth strategies independently
  • Conduct stakeholder discovery sessions identifying operational challenges
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate client transitions

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years professional SaaS sales experience
  • Consistent quota achievement in high-growth environments
  • AI product fluency and understanding of model-driven solutions
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Low-ego, high-ownership mindset

Nice to have

  • Legal, compliance, govtech, or fintech sector experience
  • Selling to legal personas (Legal Ops, GC, Compliance)
  • Policy or Regulatory Affairs audience experience
  • Early-stage startup sales experience

Compensation

$100K base · $200K–$400K OTE · Uncapped commission with quarterly accelerators
